Procurement
We source physical gold exclusively from established, verified bullion suppliers with documented provenance and regulatory standing. Our sourcing relationships, built over years of consistent dealings, create the supply-chain stability that our buyers can rely upon.
Market Access
Our trading activity spans the world's most important bullion corridors. These include FZCO-based entities and international refineries. Most importantly as a Qualified Supplier and a qualified exporter to GoI nominated agency, provides us direct access to India's formally regulated bullion import ecosystem, a market of extraordinary strategic importance in the global gold trade.
Settlement
All transactions are settled in US Dollars through established banking channels. Our settlement process is designed to meet institutional expectations — with clear audit trails, proper invoicing, and full regulatory compliance.

Kaushal Majithia founded Elegant Commodities FZCO in Dubai in 2005, bringing with him deep experience spanning bullion trading and international business development. Over the last two decades, he has steered the company through shifting market cycles — building relationships with LBMA-registered firms, exporting to international refineries, and securing qualification at India's most regulated bullion exchange. His leadership is defined by integrity and the conviction that sustainable success is earned through consistency, compliance, and the trust of counterparties.
